PR, photo & video production, and development of a joint gastronomy media project
GOURMET CLUB by Royal Fish Caviar & Nagorna Agency
Project Overview
GOURMET CLUB is a branded gastronomy media project created in the format of a culinary show for gourmets.
The project was developed as a joint initiative by Royal Fish Caviar and Nagorna Agency.
In each episode, a professional chef prepares refined dishes using Royal Fish Caviar products, while:
— Nataliya Nagorna, founder of Nagorna Agency,
— Svitlana Tymoshenko, founder and director of Royal Fish Caviar,
talk about seafood culture, the benefits of fish and caviar, healthy eating, product quality, and how to choose premium delicacies.
The project combined gastronomy, education, and brand storytelling, turning cooking into an engaging and aspirational experience.
Objectives
— Promotion of Royal Fish Caviar through emotionally engaging gastronomy content
— Increasing sales and repeat orders by stimulating appetite and desire to cook premium dishes
— Creating a recognizable media product associated with the brand
— Personal branding of Royal Fish Caviar’s founder as an expert in seafood and delicacies
— Demonstrating that restaurant-level dishes can be recreated at home using the brand’s products
A professional chef was invited to prepare full recipes on camera — from start to finish — using Royal Fish Caviar products.
Challenges / Initial State
— Personal branding required the company’s founder to appear on camera as an expert and narrator
— At the beginning, the client experienced strong anxiety and fear of speaking on camera
— Limited filming space (small kitchen), restricting camera placement, lighting, and equipment
— Need to balance educational, commercial, and entertaining content within short video formats
Creative & Marketing Strategy
— All episodes were fully scripted by Nagorna Agency
— For each release, we developed:
— episode theme
— moodboards and visual references
— dishes and recipes
— detailed scripts and dialogue for all participants
Scripts were reviewed and approved together with the Royal Fish Caviar founder and the chef.
Recipes were adapted by the chef to fit technical limitations of the filming location and refined for presentation and plating.
To diversify visuals, selected festive episodes were filmed in professional interior photo studios.
Art Direction & Production
— Monthly production cycle
— One full shooting day per episode (approx. 6 hours)
— Each shoot included preparation of four dishes from start to finish, interviews, and product shots
From each shooting day, we produced:
— 10 edited video Reels of varying lengths:
— short talking Reels (15–30 seconds)
— full cooking videos with dynamic editing (50 seconds to 2 minutes)
Key Actions & Solutions
To help the Royal Fish Caviar founder feel confident on camera, we implemented a structured media coaching approach:
— Short on-camera training led by Nataliya Nagorna (former TV host)
— Before each shoot, concise speaking blocks were written and rehearsed
— Short monologues (15–20 seconds) recorded without teleprompter
— Longer speeches were partially covered with b-roll footage to reduce pressure
— For extended conversational videos, Nataliya Nagorna appeared on camera and carried most of the dialogue, while the client supported the discussion
— Commercial segments were made highly visual, with close-ups of products and food textures to maintain viewer attention
