A long-term interdisciplinary project developed across three strategic directions:
A) Fashion & Art
Curated women’s events featuring fashion shows of new collections by ELEN GODIS — an acclaimed Ukrainian fashion designer, award winner of multiple international competitions, featured by British Vogue.
Each event included a professional fashion photoshoot of the new collection with subsequent publications in international fashion magazines.
B) Business Communication & Cultural Education
Educational and discussion-based formats addressing women’s identity, self-expression, personal style, confidence, and cultural awareness.
C) Hospitality & HoReCa
Each event was developed in collaboration with hospitality partners: hotels, restaurants, premium food brands, wine distributors, sommeliers, and tasting experiences.

Women’s Identity is a multidisciplinary event series designed to organically unite fashion, art, education, and hospitality within a single cultural experience.
The project combined fashion shows, educational talks, wine tastings, professional photo and video production, and international media coverage. Through global fashion and art publications, the results of the project reached audiences worldwide, creating long-term value for all partners involved.

The main challenge was optimizing business processes, timing, budgets, and team roles to ensure economic efficiency while maintaining premium quality.
Wartime Conditions
Events were held during wartime and required venues with shelters. Event duration was strictly limited (up to 4 hours) due to security regulations and evacuation requirements.
