Educational and discussion-based formats addressing women’s identity, self-expression, personal style, confidence, and cultural awareness.

Project Overview

Women’s Identity is a multidisciplinary event series designed to organically unite fashion, art, education, and hospitality within a single cultural experience.

The project combined fashion shows, educational talks, wine tastings, professional photo and video production, and international media coverage. Through global fashion and art publications, the results of the project reached audiences worldwide, creating long-term value for all partners involved.

Objectives

Social & Psychological Mission
To support women in exploring and understanding their identity, individuality, and personal style, especially during times of social instability and war.

Strategic & Creative Objectives

  • Create a cohesive, recognizable series of women-focused cultural events
  • Combine fashion shows with educational and experiential formats
  • Support international promotion of the designer’s new collections
  • Build strong visual and media assets for all partners
  • Integrate hospitality brands naturally into cultural storytelling

Each event included:

  • A fashion show of a new designer collection
  • Expert talks and speakers relevant to women’s interests
  • Opportunity to try on designer garments
  • Event photo and video coverage
  • Professional fashion photoshoots of the collection and models
  • International fashion & art magazine publications
  • Wine tastings with sommelier lectures and curated food pairings

Challenges / Initial State

Complex Multi-Industry Format
The main challenge was optimizing business processes, timing, budgets, and team roles to ensure economic efficiency while maintaining premium quality.

Wartime Conditions
Events were held during wartime and required venues with shelters. Event duration was strictly limited (up to 4 hours) due to security regulations and evacuation requirements.

Creative & Marketing Strategy

To optimize resources and budgets, the strategy focused on:

  • A multifunctional organizing team
  • Strong partnerships across fashion, hospitality, and cultural sectors
  • In-house photo and video production by Nagorna Agency, ensuring full creative control and international-level visual quality

Art Direction & Production

The organizers combined multiple roles within one integrated team.

Key production advantages included:

  • In-house photo and video production
  • High-level visual storytelling suitable for international publications
  • Nataliya Nagorna acting both as Creative Director and event speaker, drawing on her background as a journalist, TV host, and senior manager
  • ELEN GODIS participating not only as a designer but also as a speaker, strengthening her personal brand

Partners included hotels, HoReCa brands, premium wine distributors, sommeliers, and a professional model agency.
